Outpatient Services

Our outpatient services include physical, occupational and speech therapy, provided by a team of highly skilled therapy clinicians. We treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, degenerative and communication disorders. Through therapy, evaluation and treatment, we strive to help our patients reach therapeutic goals with an individualized program of care developed in consultation with the treating physician.
